Nicole Anderson
President & CEO
Nicole Anderson is an accomplished Business Development Consultant with over 25 years of operations and business development experience. She is known for building collaborative working relationships, driving productivity, and continuously motivating others to deliver superior sales results continually. As a strategic business partner, she has a proven track record of enhancing the customer experience and driving business results for both profit and non-profit organizations.
As the Founder of Inspired Solutions, Nicole has lent her business development and client relation skills to small businesses in multiple industries, including The GKC Group and The Ascendant Group. This expertise includes leadership development, accounting, event management, and hospitality. Nicole is a seasoned advisor and represents a diverse group of professional speakers and leadership development workshop leaders. Before founding her own business, Nicole leads several teams within the customer service and business operations functions for Comcast Cable Corporation. She designed customer experience strategies and tactics across various markets and led to the implementation of new product initiatives, including communications and field operations.

As a Philadelphia native, Nicole holds a BA in International Business and Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and an MBA from LaSalle University. She is an advocate for improving the lives of women and children. She holds several leadership roles on various non-profit boards in the Philadelphia area, including the Domestic Violence Center for Chester County.

With a background spanning roles as an early influencer, PR pro, sales expert, marketer, tech and parenting writer, and vet tech means Cecily offers a unique, multidimensional approach to her work.
Known for her distinct purple hair, her affinity for f-bombs, and her 'roll-up-the-sleeves' attitude, Cecily loves bringing her swiss-army knife marketing skills to your designs, marketing strategies, social media and more. Her work doesn't just elevate consumer brands — and she specializes in B2B marketing + social as well as social strategies for the C-Suite designed to help transform industry executives into thought leaders, speakers, and authors.
