Chinwe Esimai is an award-winning lawyer, corporate executive, author, and global speaker. As President & CEO of Scepter3 Global Advisors, a strategic risk management advisory firm, she is a trusted expert on the future of finance and a valued advisor to firms, founders, and regulators worldwide.

Chinwe previously served as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer for Legacy Franchises at Citigroup, and was the bank’s first-ever Chief Anti-Bribery Officer. Her trailblazing work has earned her recognition as one of American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking, Crain’s NY Business Notable Diverse Leaders, and one of the Most Powerful Africans shaping the Future of Africa.

She is the author of Brilliance Beyond Borders and host of the podcast by the same name. A passionate advocate for visionary leadership, Chinwe helps organizations unlock genius, lead with clarity, and innovate with purpose.

She serves on the Policy Council of Paradigm, is a board member at National Sawdust, and holds leadership roles with Ellevate Network, WIE Suite, and Apollo Theater’s EmpowHer. Chinwe holds a BA in political science from The City College of New York and a JD from Harvard Law School.
