Chinwe Esimai is a multiple award-winning lawyer, trailblazing corporate executive, author, and speaker. She is a highly sought-after expert on the future of finance and a trusted advisor to firms, founders, and regulators at the highest levels around the world. She is president & CEO of Scepter3 Global Advisors, a strategic risk management advisory firm.

She was Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer for Legacy Franchises at Citigroup, Inc. Prior to that, she was Chief Anti-Bribery Officer at Citigroup. She’s the first person to hold these titles in the bank’s history. Her recognitions include: American Banker's Most Powerful Women in Banking, Crain's NY Business Notable Diverse Leaders in Banking & Finance, and Most Powerful Africans shaping the Future of Africa.

As a keynote speaker and strategist, Chinwe helps leaders and teams unlock their genius and achieve extraordinary results. She is the author of Brilliance Beyond Borders (Harper Horizon) and host of the Brilliance Beyond Borders podcast. She serves on the Policy Council of Paradigm. She is a Board Member at National Sawdust, an executive council member of the Ellevate Network, and a member of the WIE Suit and Apollo Theater’s EmpowHer. She obtained a BA in political science, summa cum laude, from The City College of New York and a juris doctor from Harvard Law School.
