Dedren Snead is the Founder of Subsume Studios, a global tech studio in Atlanta that uses gaming and AI to tackle social inequalities and broaden education access for underrepresented communities. Subsume Studios blends gaming, comics, and cultural storytelling into educational tools designed to prepare the next generation for a tech-driven future.

An entrepreneur passionate about ed-tech, Snead created a platform connecting K-12 and early-career learners with creative and technical professions through gamified, project-based learning focused on workforce readiness.

He holds prestigious roles including Innovator-in-Residence at UNC Chapel Hill and Artist-in-Residence at Georgia State University’s Creative Media Industries Institute. His collaboration with MIT Digital Media Labs highlights his commitment to making AI an accessible resource for all.
