As Queens Deputy Borough President of New York City—the most diverse county in America—she has shaped policy, technology strategy, economic development, and community advancement at scale, serving more than 2.4 million residents while partnering with Fortune 100 corporations, city leaders, and global institutions.
Ebony is credited with co-creating New York City’s first fully operational Global Tech and Innovation Center, a breakthrough platform expanding access, opportunity, and investment for entrepreneurs worldwide.
