Felipe Gomez

Felipe Gomez is a keynote pianist, entrepreneur, author, and former multinational executive who believes the mindset of virtuoso musicians can unlock breakthrough performance in business and life. After decades leading companies across Latin America — including senior roles at Compass Group and co-founding the consulting firm Azurian — Felipe combined his business expertise with his lifelong passion for music to launch a global speaking career in 2014. Since then, he has inspired audiences in 36 countries through interactive, piano-driven presentations that blend leadership, innovation, resilience, and high performance.

Born in Colombia, Felipe began playing piano at age four and later earned an MBA from International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland. He is also the author of two books on exceptional performance, including the bestseller Attitude-E, and is currently writing his third book, Virtuoso. Felipe has spoken at leading global conferences including TED, the Global Peter Drucker Forum, and the World Business Forum, delivering more than 1,000 presentations worldwide.
