Felipe Gómez is a globally recognized keynote speaker, concert pianist, business leader, and author who helps organizations unlock peak performance by applying the virtuoso mindset to leadership and work.

With decades of experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive in multinational organizations, Felipe brings strong business credibility to the stage. In 2014, he combined his executive background with his lifelong passion for music and began his keynote speaking career full time. Since then, he has delivered more than 1,000 presentations across five continents and 36 countries, inspiring corporate, association, and global leadership audiences.

Felipe’s keynotes uniquely integrate live piano performance with practical leadership insights. Using music as a powerful metaphor for excellence, discipline, and mastery, he helps individuals and teams elevate performance, embrace continuous learning, manage change, and achieve sustainable results. Prior to his speaking career, Felipe held senior leadership roles across multiple industries. At Compass Group, the world’s largest food and catering company, he served as Managing Director for Colombia, where he tripled revenue and increased operating profits by 130% through strategic acquisitions and operational innovation. He later served as Innovation and International Business Development Director for Latin America. Felipe also led the launch of Farmacity in Colombia, opening 12 stores in 20 months, and co-founded Azurian, a pioneering internet consulting firm that expanded into seven countries.

Felipe is the author of Attitude-E, a bestselling book on entrepreneurial performance, and Bitácora de una Pandemia en Quince Conversaciones, published in Spanish. He is currently writing his third book, Virtuoso.

He has spoken at leading forums including TED, the Global Peter Drucker Forum, WOBI, the Oslo Business Forum, and the World Business Forum. Felipe holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his family.
